Each professor, after being interviewed, is assigned to the people that best meet his/her teaching credentials. However, unlike most companies, we also inquire as to the professor's hobbies and his/her school accomplishments in order to best match the professor with the student.

It is our belief that not only is it important for professors to match students academically, but it is essential that the student has something in common with the professor.
